HUBTEX FLUX Online Operator Training
Operator certification for the HUBTEX FLUX, aligned with OSHA requirements
Forklift certification isn't one-size-fits-all. Under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178(l), employers must train, evaluate, and authorize each operator on the specific truck they'll use, so HUBTEX FLUX operators need training built around the FLUX Lift and their workplace.

This online course delivers the formal classroom instruction that OSHA requires for HUBTEX FLUX operators. Along with core OSHA safety topics, it covers how the FLUX operates, what its controls do, and how to handle it safely day to day.

Get authorized to operate
After a successful evaluation, your employer can approve you to run the FLUX on the job.
Employer sign-off
Refresher training and a new evaluation are required when:
- The operator is involved in an accident or near-miss
- The operator is observed operating the truck unsafely
- An evaluation shows the operator is not operating safely
- The operator is assigned to a different type of truck
- Workplace conditions change in a way that affects safe operation, such as a move to a new facility
Even without any of these events, every operator must be re-trained at least once every three years.

The FLUX Evaluation Form is included, as all students must be evaluated by their employer to fully satisfy OSHA guidelines.
