  • ✓Course content is offered in English only at this time
  • ✓Your certification remains valid for 3 years
  • ✓Includes an Operator Evaluation Guide form for your employer, who must evaluate each operator to meet OSHA requirements

Hands-On Evaluation & Retraining

After completing the online training, a hands-on site skills assessment is required, in which the employer confirms that the operator can safely operate the MAXX lift. The evaluation must be performed by someone with the experience and knowledge to recognize hazards and verify the operator's practical skills on the lift being operated.

Retraining is required if the operator moves to a different facility, changes the type of lift they operate, or is involved in an incident. Moving to a different lift type requires updated training and a new evaluation.
