Train-the-Trainer Materials

Access to the Train-the-Trainer Materials for a 12-month period, and can be renewed.

OSHA 1910.178 guidelines require that ALL operators of Powered Industrial Trucks, also known as forklifts, be trained, evaluated, and authorized by their employer.

• Operator training and evaluation shall be conducted by persons who have the knowledge, training, and experience to train powered industrial truck operators and evaluate their competence.

An experienced trainer can utilize these lift-specific materials to train, evaluate, and authorize company operators on the complete line of HUBTEX lift trucks.

Materials include:

• Custom, HUBTEX lift-specific training presentation (PowerPoint) with safety videos
• Facility-specific presentation that will integrate with the main training
• Operator Guide
• Lift specific operator quiz and answer key
• Evaluation forms, P.I.T. specific incident reports, authorization forms, safety sign off forms, site-specific hazard identification form, policies and procedures forms
• Student Licenses are available for purchase by the trainer after every class. With each card purchase, trainers can upload all documentation to our training portal, keep track of training records, and identify operator renewal requirements
