Done on-site -
Get authorized to operate
After a successful evaluation, your employer can approve you to run the FLUX on the job.
Employer sign-off
Refresher training and a new evaluation are required when:
- The operator is involved in an accident or near-miss
- The operator is observed operating the truck unsafely
- An evaluation shows the operator is not operating safely
- The operator is assigned to a different type of truck
- Workplace conditions change in a way that affects safe operation, such as a move to a new facility
Even without any of these events, every operator must be re-trained at least once every three years.
