HUBTEX PHOENIX Online Operator Training
Online certification training built around the HUBTEX PHOENIX
Every HUBTEX PHOENIX operator must be trained, evaluated, and authorized by their employer before operating it on the job, as OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178(l) requires. The training has to cover the PHOENIX Lift specifically, along with the conditions of the workplace where it will be used.

With the evaluation passed, your employer can authorize you to operate the PHOENIX.
By your employer
Under OSHA, an operator must be retrained and re-evaluated if:
- The operator is involved in an accident or near-miss
- The operator is observed operating the truck unsafely
- An evaluation shows the operator is not operating safely
- The operator is assigned to a different type of truck
- Workplace conditions change in a way that affects safe operation, such as a move to a new facility
Operators must also be re-trained at least every three years.
