HUBTEX MAXX Online Operator Training
OSHA-aligned certification course for HUBTEX MAXX operators
OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178(l) requires every forklift operator to be trained, evaluated, and authorized by their employer before working on the job. For HUBTEX MAXX operators, that training must cover the MAXX Lift itself and the conditions of the workplace where it's used.

Receive employer authorization
Once you pass the evaluation, your employer may authorize you to operate the equipment.
Employer approval
OSHA requires refresher training and re-evaluation when:
- The operator is involved in an accident or near-miss
- The operator is observed operating the truck unsafely
- An evaluation shows the operator is not operating safely
- The operator is assigned to a different type of truck
- Workplace conditions change in a way that affects safe operation, such as a move to a new facility
In addition, each operator must be re-trained at least once every three years.
